This website is maintained by the Australian Physiotherapy Association (APA), ABN 89 004 265150 located at Level 1, 1175 Toorak Rd, Camberwell, VICT, 3124.

Any product that is purchased from this site is subject to the terms and conditions listed below. The APA reserves the right to amend any terms and conditions without notice. The onus is on the purchaser to review the terms and conditions. Please also note the Privacy Policy listed below.

Prices
The prices listed on this site are in Australian dollars and are inclusive of GST. The cost of the product does not include any credit card or bank fees, you as the purchaser are solely responsible for these charges and these will be added to your purchase (if applicable).

Payment
We accept VISA, Mastercard and American Express credit cards issued in Australia as a method of payment.

We can also accept payment via Pay Pal Pay Flow

To pay for an online order simply enter the requested details when prompted and proceed to the check out section. Your order will be processed once your payment has been authorised by your bank.

For an international purchase, please contact resources@physiotherapy.asn.au before placing any orders.

Delivery
The APA utilises Australia Post parcel delivery service and allocates a tracking number to each order. The APA preference is to deliver to a specific business or personal address (not a generic location ie hospital reception) and addressed to a specific person.
Please refer to Postage for applicable rates.

The APA takes no responsibility for products sent to an incorrectly supplied address or if not collected from Australia Post.

For bulky or oversized items please contact resources@australian.physio for pricing and this will be added to your order.

The APA allows a delivery window of 10 days. If your order fails to arrive within this time please contact: resources@australian.physio

Product returns
Please refer to the online purchase return policy.

Order cancellations
Orders accepted by the APA will only be cancelled at our discretion. Please contact resources@physiotherapy.asn.au to request a cancellation.

Product description and availability
All reasonable care is taken to include accurate details, measurements and other pertinent details on the product, however some of these may vary from time to time.
Please ensure that you review the sizing chart guide for the new ASICS range as they are unisex style polo shirts. All products are subject to availability.

Indemnity
The purchaser agrees to indemnify and keep the APA indemnified from and against any costs, loss, liability, claim or damage which the APA incurs or suffers as a result of any default by you. This is in respect to these terms of sale or of any act or omission by you in connection with your use of this site.
